Ladies and Gentlemen, <\/strong>thank you for reading the Orange Tree Hotel regulations and at the same time we express our hope to comply with the rules described in it. Regulations were created to provide you with a safe and comfortable stay in our facility.<\/p>

Hotel’s reception is open from 6:00 to 22:00.<\/b><\/p>

  1. Check-in<\/strong>
    1. Check-in lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
    2. Check-in \u2013 an earlier arrival time can be arranged, depending on room availability.
    3. Check-out \u2013 after 11:15 AM, a fee of PLN 20 per person per hour is charged.<\/li>
  2. Quiet Hours and Security<\/strong>
    1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
    2. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the hotel premises during quiet hours.
    3. Any presence of unregistered guests on the hotel premises should be reported to the reception staff.
    4. The facility is monitored 24\/7.<\/li>
  3. Reservations and Payments<\/strong>
    1. Reservations can be made by phone, email, or in person. 2. Confirmation of your reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value within two days of making the initial reservation.
    3. The remaining amount is due on the day of check-in.
    4. Failure to pay the deposit by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
    5. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  4. Changes and Cancellations
    <\/strong>1. A 100% refund of the deposit is available if the reservation is canceled no later than 21 days before the planned arrival.
    2. On special dates (e.g., New Year’s Eve, mass events), the hotel reserves the right to change the cancellation policy.
    3. Changes to the arrival date up to 5 days before arrival are possible only subject to room availability.
    4. If the reservation is canceled less than 5 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
    5. If the stay is shortened by less than 7 days, the fee for unused days is non-refundable.
    6. Separate regulations apply to organized groups.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Check-in and Check-out<\/strong>
    1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the hotel reception. 2. Check-in is upon presentation of an ID (ID card, passport, or driving license) and full payment of the stay.
    3. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
    4. Upon departure, please leave your room key in the box at the reception desk.
    5. Hotel staff has the right to inspect the room in the guest’s presence upon check-out.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Rules of Stay<\/strong>
    1. Guests are required to maintain order and cleanliness in their rooms and common areas.<\/span><\/span>
    2. Guests’ behavior must not disturb the peace, safety, or comfort of other guests.<\/span><\/span>
    3. In the event of a gross violation of these rules, hotel staff has the right to refuse further stay without refund.<\/span><\/span>
    4. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the hotel premises \u2013 the fine for violation is PLN 500.
    5. Unjustified activation of the fire alarm will result in a fine of PLN 500.
    6. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in dormitory rooms.<\/span><\/span>
    7. For safety reasons, the use of heaters, irons, and other devices not provided by the hotel is prohibited in the rooms.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  7. Financial Liability<\/strong>
    1. Guests are fully financially liable for any damage caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors.<\/span><\/span>
    2. A price list for repairs and damages is available at the reception desk.<\/span><\/span>
    3. In the event of damage not included in the price list, the fee is determined based on the actual cost of repair or replacement and is communicated to the guest within 3 business days.<\/span><\/span>
    4. Any damage must be reported on the day of arrival \u2013 failure to report it will result in the damage being repaired.<\/span><\/span>
    5. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in rooms or common areas.<\/span><\/span>
    6. A fee of PLN 100 is charged for lost hotel keys.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  8. Child Protection
    <\/strong>The hotel has implemented Child Protection Standards in accordance with applicable law.\u00a0Hotel staff are obligated to respond to situations that may threaten the safety of children.\u00a0<\/span>The Child Protection Standards are available at reception and on the hotel website<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>
